These are extremely sharp!!! They deliver a great shave, however they are not for safety razor newbies. I recommend blades more forgiving like Gilette 7’Oclock or something like that until you get used to it.

I also found that adding a “lube” in the shaving process, before putting on the shaving cream helps a lot. I use Trumpers Extract of Line Skin Food and its a smooth, smooth nick free shave just about every time!

Not for the novice but once you get the hang of DE shaving, nothing compares!! Even my wife uses them on her legs and let me tell you, they feel great!

I keep picking up 5-10 sample packs of every brand I come across but Feather stays in my medicine cabinet at all times.

I’ve got scruffy but thick hair and very delicate skin, can’t get a decent shave and not bleed to death with anything else.

Get about 3-5 shaves a blade, depends on how frequent they are. I don’t have a strict schedule. Value is definitely there.

These are REAL razor blades, for real DE razors. Very Sharp! Not the 6 or 5 blade razors they make for the lazy and the meek and timid. They are way to sharp to pull the weak hairs on you beard up so the next four blades can try to cut it ,,,, They will shave your tough beard off, first stroke, just be sure to use good shaving soap and a good brush, good razor and dont hesitate but DO take your time. …They do not cut skin unless you pause, or your wife walks thru nekid.

Feather blades are the best razor blades that I have used to shave my head. Henson AL13 razor with Feather blades, and Cremo Cream are a perfect combination for head shaving.

Electric shavers disappointed me for 65 years. Feather razor blade reviews put me off given warnings about nicks/cuts, BS!!! Since I started using the Feather blades and razor, I’ve been getting the closest most comfortable shave ever. Prep with a wet towel, shaving oil, shaving soap, no rushing, let the weight of the razor ride your skin, your face will get as soft as a baby’s butt! Enjoy!

I have a box with a dozen different popular blades. I get nicks more often than not with some of them. Then a friend gave me a pack of Feather blades! They are clearly the sharpest blades I’ve ever tried. I get a bloodless, comfortable smooth shave every time for about 7 shaves! Well worth the money!

If you have the Right Brand of Razor (Merkur Long Handle 23C/Heavy or Tough Beards 25C) these Blades will give you a Very Close Shave with little or no Irritation , But if you try to using them in a Razor that exposes to much Blade, Be prepared to grab your Alum Bar to stop the Bleeding.

Love these blades! You need to be more careful the first time you break out a new blade as they are so sharp the can cause nicking or razor burn in you aren’t take “first use precautions”, but that is normal for any superior safety razor blade. The amount of blades you get for the money (I bought 100) last for years.

My wife told me to post this haha! She uses my straight razor for her legs and likes how close-shaven these Feather blades can get.

I gotta hand it to Japan, they make some really good razor blades. I just got off a covid 2 week lockdown and haven’t shaved for about two weeks, I had a bit of scruff going on. When I say this cuts even the coarsest hair, I’m talking picture a John Deere with a bush-hog. 2 swipes with a safety razor, 1 each side, and no hair at all. I got done shaving in probably not even 2-3 minutes with the closest shave I’ve ever had, and that’s going with the grain. I recommend an alum bar. You’re gonna need it. This gets the job done, but I wouldn’t really recommend for sensitive folks. This is for hardy guys who grow way too coarse or way to fast. Very sharp. 5 stars.

Decided to try a safety razor and cut down on plastic razor cartridge shavers. These are so sharp i don’t even realize I have a nic until later. Definately 5-star overall and only rated durability as a 4-star because they’ll last a good week of shaving but then they are only as sharp as other brands that came with my razors.

Very aggressive but very satisfying. Use with Merkur Futura and you get the best shave ever.

Durability: definitely huge plus, layered steel has self sharpening structure, hence one blade will last me at least for a few weeks, also I use safety razor for the first shave and the second shave is a triple blade.
Accuracy: It is very precise due to its extremely sharp edge.

I have easy to shave facial hair but sensitive skin. These razors a the sharpest and smoothest out there! I have tried some and will never use again and found others that are good but these are great!

I’ve used feather blades for many years now and they’re about the sharpest blades you can get. Use a light touch and they’ll give you a great shave. I throw these out when they are about as sharp as most blades are out of the package.

I’ve tried dozens of blades over the years. The feather will cut cement if need be. There are many others that are more comfortable for everyday shaving.

Great price, cuts right through my thick facial hair. I’ve tried tons of razors and this is the best double edge razor you can use, period.

I have used yellow label Feathers for years in my R-41. I have tried many other brands but these are my go to.

Use for shaving facial stubble. Each box holds 10 blades and there is a slot in the box to put the old blades in to safely dispose of them.

I have been using Feature blades for years without regret. Very clean shave. Blades are nice and sharp
